## Our story

We make two things: heavy cotton throws with the faces you love woven right into them, and linen pillows with those faces stitched right on. Never printed on top. Thread, all the way through.

One throw, one silly photo. Our first throw was a black-and-white photo of the two of us pulling faces, woven for a sofa that needed cheering up.

Friends asked for one. Then their friends did. It turns out a lot of people have a photo they’d rather wrap around themselves than scroll past.

So we built a way for anyone to design their own, from a photo or just a few words, in a style or none at all, see it in thread in about a minute, and approve it on screen before anything is made.

Thread outlasts ink. A printed blanket is a picture sitting on fabric. A woven throw is a picture made of fabric.

Every color in your throw is its own thread, woven over and under thousands of times. So the picture is part of the cloth itself, and there’s no print sitting on top of it to crack, peel or wash out.

Same faces, smaller stage. People kept asking for something for the armchair, the dorm, the dog bed. So we learned to embroider.

The Embroidered Pillow starts the same way: your photo, and a design you see and approve on screen before anything is made. Then your portrait is embroidered onto natural linen, with a name underneath if you like.

The style: You pick a style, or go blank, and see it woven in about a minute. Change it as often as you like, then order the one you love.

The weave: Once you order, your throw is made for you: your picture woven into thick cotton, one row at a time.

The fringe: Each throw gets a twisted fringe, then it’s sent to your door, 18–25 days after you order.

## Questions

What kind of photo works best?: Any photo where you can see faces clearly. Daylight helps, and it doesn’t need to be sharp. Pets, people and both at once all work. No photo at all? Describe it and our AI makes the picture, or pick a ready-made design.

What does “Blank” mean?: No style at all. Your photo, or the picture our AI makes from your words, is woven edge to edge exactly as it is. Add a few words, up to 20 characters, if you like.

Do I see it before I order?: Yes. Your design appears on screen in about a minute, free and with no card needed. What you see is what we make.

Can I change the design after I order?: Change it as often as you like before you order: the design on your screen is the one we make. After you order, you can cancel or change it within 3 hours from the link in your confirmation email.
